Agreement to Terms

Welcome to AquaZen Redondo Beach Pool Care. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

AquaZen Redondo Beach Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in Redondo Beach, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • One-time and deep cleaning services
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Filter cleaning and replacement
  • Equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Pool opening and closing services
  • Pool inspection services

Scheduling and Appointments

We strive to arrive at your property during the scheduled service window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergency service calls may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule your service by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, we offer convenient monthly billing options.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and clear access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and ensuring our technicians can safely reach your pool equipment.

If we are unable to access your pool area during a scheduled visit, you may be charged a trip fee. Please notify us in advance if there are any access issues or special instructions.

Liability and Insurance

AquaZen Redondo Beach Pool Care is fully insured and licensed. We take every precaution to protect your property and provide quality service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures due to age or neglect, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

You agree to maintain your pool equipment in good working order. We will notify you of any equipment issues we discover, but we are not responsible for equipment failures that occur between service visits.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. This may include returning to address the issue at no additional charge.

Our service guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, equipment failure, or improper pool usage between service visits.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days written notice. If you terminate a weekly service plan, you will be responsible for payment through the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if you fail to pay for services, deny access to your property, or engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
